Here's to 2021 being better than the last. The Holidays weren't the same this year. Less gatherings. Less togetherness. But we made the best of things and tried to make some good memories nonetheless. It was wonderful having Sophie home from BYU for Christmas and NY, and we got to celebrate her b-day before she went back to Provo! We also were able to host a couple of gatherings that were fun and pandemic free!

Thanksgiving at Disney!
We spent half of the Thanksgiving break at Disney World, going to one park each day. Covid measures made it a little bit harder to navigate, but the crowds were smaller than usual because of the Pandemic and everyone was compliant with the rules regarding masks and social spacing. We started at Animal Kingdom, then did Epcot, then Magic Kingdom, and finished with Hollywood Studios. We met up with Taylor, Jen, and their boys on the Magic Kingdom day! It was a fantastic trip filled with four days of fun!!

Fall Recap . . .
Trip to Utah (Stephen had a work retreat, we got to visit Soph and friends), birthday celebrations (Harrison's 14th!) hybrid school activities (some online, some in person), dance (Bella's Varsity dance team performances at football games, including a "Bob and Sue" dads dance performance with Stephen), college life (Soph and some of her suite mates), Halloween (Em under a balloon arch we made for the drive-through trunk or treat), another trip to Utah for Grandma Carol Call's funeral (she joined Grandpa Call a few months after he passed; they were both 90 and had been married for 70 years). Covid has crimped life, but we have made the most of things and are grateful for our health and our opportunities!
