Full Weekend

Two birthday parties +  Two baptisms + One work party = A Full Weekend.  We had a lot of fun but need a moment to catch our breath!

Cousins on a big water slide/bouncer at Jacob's birthday.

They must have gone down the slide a hundred times each!

Again . . .
and again...
We sat under a shaded awning and watched.  It was hot that day!

Later that evening we went to a work party at Minute Maid Park.

It was held in the suite shared by Stephen's company and the law firm where he used to work.

Not only did we have good views of the game . . .
We had access to tons of food and goodies throughout the game.

Ice cream sundaes in novelty hats culminated a night of sugary and salty delights, which included giant chocolate chunk cookies, chili dogs, sliders, nachos, and indigestion!
The Astros ended up losing, but we saw several home runs and base hits.

Then Sunday came, and we had two baptisms to attend after church.

Who doesn't love staying in church clothes all day?  :)

Most of the cousins on Stephen's side sang a special number at Jacob's baptism.  It was neat.
