Enjoying Some Cool Weather and General Conference

The first real cool front has blown in, and we are enjoying it!  Here are the kids drinking some hot chocolate outside in the crisp air. 



I am including this picture because it captures a habit that Emme has of sticking her fingers in my mouth when she is tired or sad.  It soothes her, and when she woke up this cool autumn morning, she was still tired.  Stephen won't let her do it to him anymore, but I can't deny her.



 

Since it is General Conference Weekend, even Stephen gets to relax a little bit Sunday morning.  Since he has to dress in a suit every day for work, and on Sundays (see below), the break is welcomed.  These close-ups are courtesy of the kids.  They like to take our iPhones and go to town with pictures and videos.

 

 

 Sophie is such a good big sister.  She printed out conference packets for all of her siblings, and that kept the kids somewhat engaged during conference, which is a tall task for a kid.  Soph is going to be a great momma someday!
