Spring weather has toggled between gorgeous and remnants of the snowy winter we had. One day it will be sunny and 65 degrees and the next it will be snowy and 35 degrees. But mostly the weather has hovered in the 50-70 degree range and has been very nice. Everything is starting to bloom, and the tulips are particularly beautiful (though various pollen allergies are in effect too).
Emme and Harrison got a nasty stomach virus and were laid up for a few days. Harrison was hit the hardest. He was throwing up so much and so violently that we had to take him to the ER to get some IV fluids and anti-nausea medication in the middle of the night. :(
Bella had her Spring dance performance and she did a great job! She has natural dancing and singing talents. She is just very shy about them sometimes. Afterwards we got froyo with her friend, Emma, and then later that week she cuddled with her buddy, Olaf. :)
We are looking for our next race to run. We may do one this summer, but more likely in the fall. Probably just a half this time. We have enjoyed running in the cool Spring weather.
