Throwbacks -- 2007 and 2008

With Instagram, Snapchat, WhatsApp, etc..., blogs have sort of gone by the wayside. But we have maintained this one as a repository and place our family, particularly our kids, can go now and in the future to celebrate, remember, and derive strength.  From time to time, we have put pictures up from years before we started the blog to try and provide as complete a record as possible. With the addition of the photos below from 2007 and 2008, we will have at least included snippets for each year from 2005 to the present, which is the period for which we have only digital photos.  For the late 1990s (the years Stephen and I met at Texas A&M and were married) to 2004 (Soph was born in 2002 and Blue in 2004), a lot of the pictures are in film/hardcopy format.  We still need to scan them and add them to this site, which we plan to do in the future. Fuller pictorial records are on our computers, phones, and external hard drives; this blog is merely a sampling, but it is a fairly robust and representative one. Going forward we will likely post less and less often on this site, but we will continue to do so for posterity purposes, at least until all the kids are grown. This is the plan.
