Happy Thanksgiving!

We hosted about half of Stephen's family this year for Thanksgiving.  Sophie and Bella helped me make these cute table decorations.  Thanks, girls!!

I cooked the Turkey, rolls, a few sides, and some desserts, and then everyone brought some additional sides and desserts.  We had a nice feast!

Here are some of us enjoying the post-feast conversation.  Later, we went as a group to see the movie "Frozen."  It is a tradition for us to see a movie after the Thanksgiving meal.  We won't say who fell asleep (Shawn) during the movie!

With Christmas around the corner, the kids did their traditional Santa lists and sent them to the North Pole via special Christmas helium balloons this week.

They always have so much fun creating the lists and fastening them to the balloons!!

Sophie's list was too long and heavy.  She had to shrink it on the copier so it could fly away!

Watching the balloons disappear into the clear, crisp sky...

Next stop, Santa's Workshop!
