Reset . . . Best Laid Plans . . .

Sometimes it takes a historic storm and flood to redirect you back to a path that the Lord wants you and your family on.  Through a combination and series of developments and factors, we made the very difficult decision to rescind the acceptance of jobs in Houston, cancel our return, and instead return to our jobs, lives, house, ward, teams, and schools in Salt Lake City.  The last 2 months have been incredibly stressful for our family, but there have been tender mercies and silver linings along the way too.  And through it all we have grown even stronger as a group.  With all of the craziness in the world these days, becoming a stronger family unit is imperative.  Just wish it did not hurt so much to grow.
